Submit the completed form with the following documents:
2 passport photos (child)
1 passport photo & National ID copy (each parent/guardian)
Immunization card or birth certificate

Provide a sketch map showing your home area and parent/guardian contacts.

Child attends an entry assessment — play-based for Kindergarten; written for Primary classes.

Receive admission letter, pay the UGX 50,000/= registration fee , and confirm enrollment.

Attend orientation and receive the school uniform list, booklist, and welcome pack before term begins.
